Multi Service Center(MSC) Burien is a social service provider that offers different social, economic, health and personal assistance to needy families, youth, adults, and senior citizens. The service center has devised programs that are aimed to provide emergency assistance and support to individuals and groups especially in crisis. The services and programs operated by the Multi Service Center(MSC) include:
- Energy Assistance Program: This program is meant to help low income household to cater financial challenges of increasing heat and light bills. Financial support is provided to pay bills of electricity, gas, propane, wood, and oil. Clients can call at 253.838.6810 to seek direct assistance from the service agents.
- Food Bank Service: Multi service center also operates a food bank service for school going children. This program offers supplemental and emergency food to individuals and families. The food bank remains operational between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Closed Federal Holidays. Dial (866) 632-9992 to seek needed support.
- Housing Services: The service center operates varied apartments for Families, Individuals, and Seniors. The apartment support is meant to offer affordable housing service. - Education Programs: The multi service center offers education programs that cover adult education, lifelong learning, supportive tutor program, etc.
