The assistance is available for citizens living in Auburn, Burien, Des Moines, Federal Way, Kent, Renton, and Sea-Tac. The rental assistance include financial help to pay house rent, utility bills, electricity and water bills. Eligible citizens can call at

- The assistance offices are open between Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. and closed on Federal Holidays. All offices close at 3:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month.
How to Apply for Multi Service Center Rental Assistance
The assistance center provides all needed support to apply for emergency assistance program. Customers can apply online and by phone. To apply by phone, call at
253-893-0024 on the first Tuesday of month between 9:00 a.m. to noon. Eligible citizens can also
apply online by choosing the concern office.
What are the Documents Required for Energy Assistance?
Eligible applicants need to provide the below mentioned documents at the time of physical appointment at rental emergency office:
- Social security card & picture ID with date of birth of the applicant.
- Legal document with names and social security numbers of household members.
- Current address and contact information.
- Income verification for all adult household members for last 3 months.
- Current month’s energy bill & disconnection notice if available.
- Rent/lease agreement or proof of residence.
