Multi Service Center Services

The services and programs operated by the Multi Service Center(MSC) include:
Housing for Youth and Families: MSC offers shelter for families include single-parent or two-parent families with at least one child under 18 years of age, family must have no other housing options, For more information call at 253-874-6718 or send a mail by rap@mschelps.org
MSC Youth and Young Adult Services: The Center provides various services to youth and young adults like enroll in college or a training program, skill development in many areas including job-readiness training, graduate high school, Resources such as transportation, school supplies, clothes, housing, or food, etc. for more information contact MSC education department at (253) 838-6810 or send a mail at edu@mschelps.org.
Affordable Housing Service: MSC offers affordable houses for Families, Individuals, and senior independent citizen. Homeless veterans can call the Veterans Administration at (877) 904-8387 for housing referrals.
MSC Employment Program: The center encourages unemployed individuals to go through various employment oriented courses, refresh job skills, etc. Interested candidates can call Career Coach at 206-549-6236 .
Energy Assistance: The energy assistance program helps people pay energy bills including electricity, gas, propane, wood, oil, etc. The center pays these bills directly on members behalf to the energy service providers. For more details call 253-517-2263 (24x7 available).

Multi Service Center Rental Assistance

• Supportive Housing for Women MSC provide house for adult women. MSC participating in recovery from substance abuse, who are homeless, or who can't afford market rate rent can live in a supportive, communal environment as part of MSC’s Titusville Program.
