Mypers Total Force Service Center

The Mypers Total Force Service Center is designed to provide comprehensive support to Airmen, enabling them to handle day-to-day transactions around the clock. Users can access this online portal by entering their login ID and a secure password on personal or office computers/laptops. The service center holds the responsibility of managing employment and retirement benefits for Air Force personnel. The retirement benefits encompass various aspects:
  • Insurance & Health Plans

Military personnel and their families are offered standard insurance plans by the US Air Force. Medical and dental care services are available to US Air Force employees at reduced rates, exclusively at military and civilian health care clinics. Airmen can receive full salary and service allowances during sick periods.
  • Retirement and Disability Pay Benefits

Retirees and disabled Airmen receive substantial benefits and perks from the US Air Force. The service center facilitates regular and reserved retirement payments, temporary and permanent disability retirement payments, concurrent retirement and disability pay, combat-related special compensation payments, and survivor benefit plan payments.
  • Retirement Plans

Airmen and Air Force officials can manage retirement plans through myPers at the service center. Upon completing 20 years of service, Airmen retire and commence receiving retirement benefits from the same day. Air Force officials are not required to make any payroll deductions for retirement plans.
  • Food and Housing Benefits

The US Air Force covers expenses for food and housing services. Personnel can handle meal and housing maintenance bills through their myPers accounts.
