To report a lost, damaged, or stolen card, a request can be submitted via the Card support link provided. The request form must be completed with the following details:
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Last 4 digits of the card or account number
- Mobile number
- Relationship to the account
- First name
- Surname
- Address
- Type of card
- Cardholder name
- Mail card to existing account address?
- Date card was lost or stolen
The form should then be submitted. It should be noted that the requester must be above 18 years of age to submit the request.
