The PA Unemployment Service Center administers unemployment programs and benefits designed to aid unemployed individuals, including youth, disabled persons, senior citizens, and others in need within Pennsylvania. Operating under the supervision of the Pennsylvania Government, the service center provides assistance to those facing job loss due to various circumstances. The benefits offered include:
  • Unemployment Compensation (UC)

    The UC program provides temporary financial support to individuals who have lost their jobs due to misunderstandings, no fault, or other reasons. Eligible individuals can receive financial assistance from the Pennsylvania Government for a limited period to support their families. To inquire, contact 888-313-7284.
  • Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC)

    This program allows employees and individuals to receive extended benefits for 13 weeks in addition to regular unemployment benefits.
  • Extended Benefits (EB) Program

    An additional Unemployment Compensation benefit is provided to qualified employees during the "Extended Benefit Period" throughout Pennsylvania.
  • Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA)
