Public Service Center

The Public Service Center operates as a service division under the purview of LADOT (Los Angeles Department of Transportation) Bureau of Parking Management. This service division is dedicated to assisting the public in various services:

• Parking Citations and Renewal

  Motorists or drivers can seek assistance regarding bill payment for parking citations, impounds, tickets, and renewal services. These services can be scheduled or availed between Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Weekends: closed.
  

• Permits

  Customers can obtain various permits, including monthly permits, short-term, long-term, and film permits.
