Warranty Coverage
The RIDGID warranty period spans from 1 year to a lifetime warranty on different tools and equipment. RIDGID stationary power tools have a 5-year limited service.
What is Covered?
The warranty service agreement covers free services for damages caused by defective material or manufacturing defects. The warranty also covers brushes, chucks, motors, switches, gears, and even cordless batteries. The service agreement also offers free replacement of rings, driver blades, and bumpers.
What is Not Covered?
The RIDGID warranty only covers damages occurring under normal usage. Warranty coverage is not applicable for malfunctions, failures, or defects arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, and modification. Repairs done by unauthorized repair centers are also not covered.
