To schedule a service appointment open a tesla app and follow these steps
- Open the Tesla app, select Service
- The next step is to Choose the topic that the customer would like to address
- After choosing the topic a detailed screen will come which includes a detailed description of what customer is experiencing with tesla car. The customers are advised to include date and time of concern
- Now enter the address at which the customer would like to receive service like Oklahoma. Based on the service request and the availability the customer will be presented with Service Center appointment options or Mobile Service
- Confirm the day as well as the time of the service. The customers are recommended to include a mobile phone number if the customer wants to receive automated SMS updates
Reschedule or Cancel Service
- To reschedule the Service appointment please choose the Service option on the home screen of the Tesla app and tap on Manage
- To cancel the Service appointment again select the Service on the home screen of the Tesla app and choose the Cancel option that is located at the bottom of the screen. At last Select Yes to confirm
What If I Find Damages After Delivery?
The Tesla is delivered according to tesla's quality specifications. Once the customer confirms delivery of the car this means the customer has accepted the vehicle's interior as well as exterior quality. If the customer notices any damages after taking delivery the customer should schedule an appointment at the nearest Service Center with the help of the Tesla app as mentioned above
