Thurman Adams state service center is formerly know as Georgetown State Service dedicated to provide various social and healthcare services to citizens under different divisions. The service center provides access to numerous public benefit programs and assistance plans. The main services render by the state service center include the following.

• Services for Aging and Adults with Disabilities: The service center provides various welfare services for adults and old age patients with physical disabilities. The services include nursing care, community support, legal aid and healthcare facilities.
