Tulsa Public Schools Education Service Center formerly known by "The Charles C. Mason Education Service Center". The educational service center works for the benefit of students and educators. The Tulsa Public Schools Education Service Center acts as a destination for all educators working for the communities and needy families. The main programs and services offered by the Tulsa Public Schools Education Service Center in order to promote the learning and education system among the communities of Oklahoma include:
  • Athletic Programs and Services: Number of high and higher secondary schools in Oklahoma are registered with the Tulsa Public Schools Education Service Center and Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association (OSSAA) through which schools can participate in every athletic program and events. The physically and mentally challenged students are not allowed to participate in these athletic programs like baseball, wrestling, basketball, volleyball, football, tennis, golf, swimming and soccer. as per the rules and regulations of Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association (OSSAA).
  • Exceptional Student Support Services: All schools associated with the Tulsa Public Schools Education Service Center offer financial aid and other educational support from the professionals and this program is meant for the students who come under the poverty line or other relationship issues.

Mostly students of elementary and junior-high schools who resides in between 1.5 miles to 2 miles can avail transport services from the school authority.
