The Waco ISD (Independent School District) Employee Service Center is tasked with addressing the issues and queries of employees. Benefits are ensured to both current and retired employees under various sections. Programs and benefits are provided under the following categories:

Health Benefits

Employee health benefits, including coverage for dependents, are provided by the service center. This includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. Life insurance plans are also established for current employees.

Retirement Benefits

Retirement plans, such as 403(b) & 457(b) plans, are administered by the employee service center. These plans enable employees to receive pension amounts without incurring taxes.

Critical Illness and Long Term Disability

Assistance is offered by the service center for long-term disability of employees or their family members. Additionally, benefits are extended to critically ill employees.

Waco ISD Employee Assistance Program

This program is designed for employees and their family members who encounter issues such as marital problems, legal or financial challenges. Support services are available to address stress, emotional issues, family conflicts, and substance abuse. For assistance with the employee assistance program, call 1-800-295-8323.

Leave Program

Paid leaves are granted to new hires and current employees. The center offers leave benefits for childbirth, disability, adoption, or sickness.

How to Log Into Employee Service Center (ESC)

In order to log into the employee benefit center follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Visit the employee center service portal
2. Click on "Register" at the bottom of the main page.
3. Enter the information requested and click Ok.
4. Enter the "Access Code" that was sent to phone number.
5. Create a unique username and password.
6. Click "Ok" and new login will be registered.
