Energy Financial Assistance
This forms a component of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), aiding low-income residents in meeting energy bill payments. All appointments are scheduled via telephone, and applicants must furnish all requisite documents to qualify.
Youth Development Financial Assistance
This service provides financial aid in the form of tuition fees, study materials, etc., to post-secondary eligible students.
Rental & Housing Assistance
In efforts to address homelessness, this program extends financial support to eligible households in the form of apartment rent, home mortgage assistance, etc.
Childhood Head Start
The Head Start program targets low-income families with children aged 0 to 5 years, including those with special needs.
