Mr. Ralf HambergerOct 03, 2013
The handle bar on my suitcase broke off during the a flight from Zuerich to Hong Kong. Now Hong Kong service center claims that the handle bar is no longer available...so what can I do ? I do not want to throw away a perfectly fine suitcase because it's handle bar broke....not really what I call environmental friendly....so please check and assist.
