I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone at the end of Jan 2017 and went to a shop at Tea Tree Plaza to have a film cover fixed in early Feb 2017. When I got home, I note that two of the corners have very obvious bubbling. I went back to the shop the next week about the bubbling, but was told it is due to the curved nature of the phone despite the fact that the film was specifically made for the phone. The bubbling at the two corners are very obvious, but are less obvious in photos due to the reflection of the glass. I checked with other Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge users who had similar film covers fixed and found that they did not have the same problem as I do. Can Samsung confirm that the bubbling is due to the curved nature of the S7 edge please.

I have a Samsung S3 phone. I did the update on the phone and now the phone freezes all the time. I rang the service centre and deleted the cache on Apps as instructed and the phone is still freezing, I have never had this problem before,, but as soon as I did the update I have had nothing, but trouble with it is it possible to take the update off with out losing my data photos and stored information, I am ready to chuck this phone as it is absolutely useless now.

I have bought a new Samsung 65" series eight uhd led and a panasonic 1tb full HD pvr (dmrhw220glk) using a hdmi cable connection but every time i change the source to the dvd there is no sound unless i completely switch off the power from the wall forcing a re-boot of the television to recognise the dvd player. I have also tested the dvd player with another TV at home and this problem does not exists. Based on the info on the net it seems that this is a common issue and i am now not sure what to do.

I have a tab3, 8" which i bought new about ten months ago. It now takes longer to charge the battery. At present it has been charging for about 15 hours and has gone from say 45% to 60%. This is totally unacceptable and i would like some advice please.
