Dear all,

I am a Samsung customer that did approach your agency for a complain about my washing machine that has a control fault. I did ask to buy the control, but they did say that they cant sell the control and they need to approach to my house and fix it,
I did accept and gave them my full information and now its more then a week the agent appears with the wrong control part and when hes called he is giving me an excuse he cant come today and he will come on Saturday as its Thursday, this is not an acceptable service by the big company such as Samsung. It did take me more then a week now and more. I did call them totally like every day just to resolve the issue and they keep delaying appointments, and call promises. I will send an email to the main company if my issue is not resolved by Saturday. Reference 423341680

I am the totally costumers of Samsung appliances. But find very Bad services of Samsung bin hindi service centre Bahrain. Very Bad work shop and maintance. State away wrong diagnostic the problem. They try to penalty their costumers. Not professional.

Samsung vacuum cleaner. 2000W. HEPA. three years old, still excellent condition. Canister emptied daily. Will not switch on. Checked power - ok. Started to switch on or off by itself as button was sticking. Is it worth checking it out or if its a major problem scrap it.

Hi am Libu from Bahrain and my note2 mother board problem and it is under warranty. I given bin Hindi for repair before 21 days still not ready. But they are telling they are waiting for approval from sit company for replacing the parts. I am very disappointed, please do some action. I think as per Samsung standard, the delay is not good.
