i purchased Samsung galaxy J7 prime near about two months ago and last week it powered off due to low battery and after connect with charger it start charging, but its display / screen goes black, noting visible all screen in dark. I visit again that shop and ask to claim in warranty and its five days now i am waiting for my mobile. Kindly tell me procedure to followup my case if it getting more delay then i want its replacement. Thanks.

I have a 32" flat screen in the philippines. One time a strong thunder suddenly appeared and my TV is on operational. After a few seconds, the TV shut down.
The TV now is operating only in the morning then you can not open it again once it shut down.
What is the parts affected inside and need to replace?
