Income Tax Division

Property Tax Division

Provides the Taxpayer Bill of Rights, forms & information, and access to B.E.S.T. resources.
Office Of Economic Development
Offers tax incentives for industries, expanding industries, and new industries.
Taxpayer Programs Division
Promotes programs and initiatives that protect and benefit Alabama taxpayers.
