Hi,
I have a bad experience with your maintenance section in Abu Dhabi. I contacted them (Mr. Mohamed Ashraf) on 4th of July asking for his help to repair a broken glass of my Gas cooker oven and I sent him e-mails too. Until this time I didn’t hear from him except two emails pretending that he didn’t get the reply from Dubai. I wonder if this is true when I should get an answer for my inquiry. I am writing to you today asking if you have the broken glass or not. Please don’t let me wait any more as I am unhappy with such way of service. Regards,
