Metro Watch Shipping And Repair Instructions

For shipping and repairs follow the instructions to get it done in right way.
1. Form must be completed with full details.
2. Include one form per timepiece ( keeping a copy of the record is a must)
3. For warranty repairs include the proof of purchase(Warranty Card) if missed the costs will be charged under non-warranty services.
4. Enclosing full payment is a must by the Credit Card, check, or money order. Payments through check or money order must be made or payable to Metro Service Center.
5. Watch or timepiece must be sent through only insured or traceable means only because the metro service center is not responsible for any damage or loss through shipping.
6. For California return shipping cost is waived off.
7. Sending watches in original packaging is prohibited as packing is not returned back with the item.
8. Center ships back watches through USPS.
9. Charges off $8.50 as shipping costs will be incurred on warranty services.

What is Watch Overhaul Service?


The watch overhaul consists of taking off the movement completely and ultrasonically cleaning & re-oiling it. In addition, the entire watch components including casing and bands are also cleaned with the ultrasonic cleaner as well polished. Once the entire process is completed the watch is re-assembled as well as retimed and is inspected for proper working and performance. It is always requested to get the watch overhauled within 4- 5 years of time frame.
