    My name is LaineDamiani. I live in Fresno, ca. I recently filed for retirement benefits on your website. I was in the regional office here in Fresno for last minute information I needed to provide for my application to get processed. The employee helping me with this, informed me that my application was not here in Fresno. It was sent back east to your service center. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to fax a request to your office to expedite processing of my claim, and I should expect my first payment in about ten working days. I got on your website to check the status of my application and it says that you withdrew my application and to file another application. I just need to know what is going on with all this.     My issue is that last year the amount deducted for Medicare was $130. 00 monthly from all of 2017, but as of 2018 there should have been an increase of 2% which I did not receive for the cost of liveing. I am not sure if this is the department i would contact if not please give me the wright information. I am still receiving the same monthly amount as all of last year $984. 00 please help me with this. Thank you for your time.

    In 2016 i received a letter stating i was overpaid 1201. 00dollars for making to much money in 2015. I called the number attached to the letter and she said she was going to appeal it and i could pay in monthly payments or pay on my charge card. I put it on my charge card from juniper it was done on 08/09 and posted 08/10 payment of 1201. 00. In 2017 i received another letter stating i owed the 1201. 00 dollars. Again i called the 18007721213 number and talked to a lady for thirty minutes and she said she corrected the problem on the computer. On my july payment for social security done in August you took another 1201. 00 dollars from me. I went to my social security office in raleigh n. C. On 08/23/2017 told them what happen and they made a copy of my charge statement showing payment in 2016 and sent a email telling what happen, i received another letter stating you could not find anything to send proof. I went back to social security and went through the process again.

    I am responding to your October nine, 2017 correspondence to me stating, we changed my monthly benefits from $1345. 80 to $1195. 00 as of January 2017. I am not understanding because I received this same information from your administration before (July 2016). I not sure what is going on in your office because November 2016 and December 2016 I received partial payments of $1195. 00 for each. Furthermore the months of January February, March and April 2017 I received zero checks from your administration. My first check from your administration was received May three 2017 in the amount of $1195. 00. What I don, t understand is what happen to those payments? and how come they were not credited to the money I owe your administration? The agreement was for $150. 00 was to be taken out of each check until the debt was paid. When this agreement was made I owe $15, 000. 00 additional was $10, 000. 00 was added bring the total to $25, 000. 00.

    The North Carolina office processed my application for benifits. In July, but inccorectly tried to change the start date on my medicare part b to Sep 1st. Per my request. In doing so the system now has me changed to Nov 1st. Severely calls to N. C have not corrected this. All agree my medicare part b should start Oct 1st. As recent as two weeks ago Ms. Smith was suppose to get NY to change this and call me. No Call. I called yesterday and spoke to Mrs Wick and she was going to do a "manager to manger" request and call me. I've endured medical issues that need attention right away, but I've been waiting for Oct 1st. I can not wait any longer. Please help.
