Toxicology states overdose
Two sanford cops stopped her friend the night before and found his pills 20 missing. He was a hubitual offender with revolked driver Liscense . If cops had of arrested him that night I believe my daughter would be alive. Because the mg of oxy was not enough to prosecute the man and also considered a cocktail because she drank a beer nothing was actually investigated fully by the sanford police dept.
I would like to have a headstone for her. Since no arrest Fdle denied request
