Ms. Janlaine AsisFeb 14, 2015
On November of 2014, I have availed gadget plan, but to my dismay, its screen flickered and the battery drains immediately. I had it for consultation on 23 November 2014 with one of Santiago City Sun Cellular representatives and the CCR took it for repair. I was informed that the repair would take one (1) to three (3) months. I visited SunCell Shop sometime this January and I was told the gadget is still with the service center. I asked why it is taking too long, the CCR told me that it is due to long holidays and lesser workdays in December 2014. Yesterday, February 13, 2015, I made a follow-up, Mr. Luyon, to my disappointment said that all this time, the unit was in the shop as LiteXpress failed to pick-up the units for repair and if willing, I can go to the nearest Samsung repair center which is in Nueva Vizcaya to process its repair. With these series of events of transacting with your office, I am extremely dissatisfied. Frustrated.
