Dear Sir, I have placed an order with reference number OLY/18/1041 two months back, but till now I didn't get any SMS or feeback from ABDUL LATIF JAMEEL service centre. Customer service is unprofessional, usually number rings, but no one lift the phone. Even if they lift the call they will put me on hold or they will tell me to call after ten mins, when I call after ten minutes the story repeats. I have to make 20 calls in order to speak with customer care.
