I bought a uniden At4102 cordless phone, less than six months is not working. I check the connection and cable all ok. I can use to call out and incoming is full on noise only. How can I get it repaired. I cannot find the warranty card, I bought in challenger in East point. Thank you.

Hi Uniden Team, I have bought this Uniden model AT4501 BK and been having problems after two months of using it. The handset is not able to charge at all. I have changed a new set of battery and it can works like normal. But when the battery drained out, it can not be charge at all. This is very frustrating and unacceptable because this is rarely use and the quality is so bad. Usually a cordless phone set can last very long and this is not the first time I'm using this brand. I have purchased another Uniden model as the first one I was using was so durable and the quality is fantastic which last me few years. Unfortunately, this model failed me. Hope to hear from you soon.
