What is The Way to Submit Service Request

Customers are supposed to visit pcsupport.lenovo.com/servicerequest

Serial Number

Now customers are supposed to fill out serial number.

Country

After serial number is provided make country selection and hit "Next" Button.

Case

In case of current case customers are required to provide "Case Number" otherwise leave blank.

Diagnostic Code

If customers ran Lenovo Diagnostics and get error code they are supposed to type this code into the Diagnostic Code Box Otherwise leave blank if code is not provided.

Description

Provide code description and hit next button.

Additional Information

Additional information includes name, email, phone number, onsite information and contact, etc.

Shipping Address

Shipping address must be entered under the Address for Machine Location and enter proper street address and select the address from the drop down options and click Next.

Verify

Last strep requires reviewing of all provided information to make sure everything is correctly entered. In case of error found click on Edit Button. After reviewing entire information click on submit option to finish.
