I bought rechargeable fan last April 2014 and all i thought was only the plug is the problem so i change but still it does not work. I think the charging area was not functioning because even the red light did not light up. I need to know where is your service center here in cebu so i can bring it there and can be use again like before. Thank you.

I bought two packs (2 batteries each) akari nimh rechargeable aa 3000 mah batteries from ace hardware and i cannot find the receipt. My problem is batteries were not charged even a long time of charging for about two days now. Is there any chance to replace them and how or what will i do? please advice because it cost me 499. 75 pesos for each packs. I purchased lot of akari products more on led lights which are good quality for me. Hope you can do something to help me with my rechargeable batteries. Thanks.

Item code arl2399. Rechargeable electric fan. Item only works when it's pluged into the socket. It doesnt work when used in battery mode. Where is your nearest service center along commonwealth quezon city? may i have the contact number as well.

I have 2-units of akari rechargable fan. I have brought the unit to an electronic shop because the switch of the fan is no longer functioning. The technician soldered the switch and fix it to run at high speed. I would like to bring it to your service center for repair and make it work like in its original state.

I bought akari rechargeable fan model arl-2391 two years ago, at first i was able to use its fan connected to electricity battery was removed as advised by sm sales personnel then later on the fan is not rotating anymore, so its just the radio and the light functioning, last glenda typhoon. We are in need to use the said fan, we charged it for almost 12 hours and when we opened it fan and radio not functioning just the light. Can i have the address of your repair center so i could bring the unit their for checking and repair if necessary. And do not forget to include the contact numbers. Where can i buy the rechargeable battery that you were using in your rechargeable electric fan with led light. Fan is not working but the light is okay. I think the problem might be with the battery.

I bought my rechargeable electric fan last may 2014, just yesterday the fun is not working only led light is working, i tried to check what is wrong and i found out that the wire is kinda loose. My problem is i lost my receipt and do not know if i can avail my warranty.

Please tell me what to do, because i want to fixed it or give me service center address.

I bought a rechargeable led light at sm southmall, can not tell when it was bought, maybe less than a year. When we were about to recharge it, (has not been used ever that's why we forgot to charge it), it sparked and smoked, good thing, my husband noticed it. I have misplaced the receipt, what's the best thing to do for this rechargeable led?
