Ikon Service Center

Hi I purchased an Ikon micro Owen on abudhabhi LULU, then i taken in to India. Past few months its not working, local mechanic told touch pad faulty, spare parts not available locally. I sent a mail also,, but no proper response from service centre.

I purchased Ikon Bluetooth Earphone IK-BWAH06 from Lulu Hypermarket Al-Khobar. When I purchase the item they told me there is one year warranty on product. But I go for repairer the Bluetooth under warranty period, they refuse to repair. They don’t have spare parts to repair Bluetooth. However, I have had the following problems: 1) Bluetooth not Charging 2) Not fitting in case properly.

Ikon two burner gas cooker was bought by me which is switching off after a minute and leaking of gas which may leads to disaster. I hope Ikon do investigate the problem and rectify it before dispatching in next lot.

Dear Team, My name is JosephDsouza from Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Main issue is that the display does not work and it goes off as soon as we put the remote on. Had purchased this product two years back and its working very well. Also the second problem is, being a SMART TV, we are not able to view all the sites from INTERNET and very often we have to wait for several minutes and it gets hang up. Also when we want to see movies by inserting the USB we can’t view the same. Can you send us a technician so that he will be able to locate as to what is the problem.
