Sir I would say that becuse I have use xolo smart phone model number.x900 so that my phone has bee hang..my phone procesor was very slow net sufering is slow this is my reason in my phone
plz solve my problom......

X900 was waste. However, after a month and half I got replacement. I have paid few more bucks to get Xolo play and this is also turning out to be a bad decision. It switches off automatically, touch does not work properly sometimes. And do not know how long this phone will survive...... Very very bad quality of products from Lava......

In xolo A700 My phone has problem of volume and slow in process it get heated also and consume lot of battery can you give some suggestion how to overcome this problem.
my phone numbert connect to the network properly when i switch off my phone in airplane mode and than start my phone and switch off the airplane mode than they connect to the network.
I have a xolo x900 cell phone.. just few mnths old.. it is getting very heat while usilg and charging and battery back up is also of not more than one hour in use.. I now facing a big problem in using this cell phone. I even do not know the address of service centre near najafgarh.. so help me in making this problm solve

Phone display is not proper. I am not able to see the msgs I am sending. Phone stops automatically.
I had purchased a XOLO Mobile Model number (A500), IMEI NO.1(911254650003461) on 05th Feb, 2013.
The phone had a major Heat problem, major Head phone numbert connect (jack problem), major charging problems(not charged even 24 hrs) and also the Battery was draining to fast(in only 25 mins).
Thus I gave this phone at your Gurgaon Service Station on 27th June, 2013.
The phone was repaired and returned to me after 28 Days but with no improvement and I am still continuously facing the same problem without any improvement.
Thus, I gave the phone back to XOLO
I am raja and i bought XOLO A700 and my mobile display was cracked completely and the display was not responding. How much it will cost to rectify the same and I am residing in Chennai. please help me..

my child lock my phone by inserting wrong pattern in it so many times.
Now it demand email ID and password to unlock.
But i forgott it now can you pleaase help me in fixing it as soon as posible....

Mobile is getting switched off automatically since last three days. At times, battery gets discharged suddenly even from 70% to 2%. I did face this problem for four times. I need a permanent solution.

Sir I have Xolo_X900 and my phone's camera is not working..
And customer service is not helping even 1% I am very disappointed with customer service... So please help me what to do.... Or tell me any customer care centre where my phone's warranty / gaurrenty will work in terms of expenses please help me

I buy xolo smartphone but after some time the charger of the phone having some problem I personally called the xolo care the representative come and take my charger with him and said me that very soon you get your charger back but now no one pick the phone and when pick the phone they disconnect the phone after some time ...
