What Do I Do If My Flight is Cancelled By FlyDubai?

If the flight is canceled, the following options are available

Rebooking

The customer can rebook, free of charge, to travel up to 10 days from the original date of travel or to the next scheduled flight and is not required to pay a penalty. For more than 10 days from the original date of travel, no penalty will be payable but any difference in fare will need to be paid.

Refund

The customer can request a refund to flyDubai voucher. Vouchers can be used before the date of expiry for booking.
