Tours run daily from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on concert days, 12:15 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Knicks and Rangers days, and 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on non-event days.

Madison Square Garden or Knicks Stadium has designated some items as prohibited and doesn't allow to bring those items along at any event or match. The items prohibited inside the stadium include the following:

Knicks Stadium Code of Conduct

The stadium has a set code of conduct which is essential for every guest to follow. The violation of any item falling under code of conduct can lead to penalties. The items under the Knicks Stadium code of conduct include the following:

2. No interference is allowed in any event, performers or with the athletes.
3. Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other Guests.
