Sodexo 401K

Sodexo 401K is a retirement saving plan for Sodexo employees. Sodexo employees are eligible to enroll for Sodexo retirement plan. The investment plan contains various retirement benefits including tax savings, rewards and payments. Sodexo employees make 1% contribution towards the plan after first hiring. The contribution is automatically increased by an additional 1% at the end of every year of employment. The employees who are 21 years of age are automatically enrolled in the plan by Sodexo.

Sodexo matches $0.50 for each dollar saved by an employee up-to 6% of salary.

Sodexo 401k Terms of Withdrawal

Once an employee attained 59.6 years age can withdraw amount from the 401k account. Employees are also eligible to withdraw amount before retirement but the procedure involves penalties and tax consequences.

401k Without Social Security Number

Applicants must possess an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) to open a 401K account without Social Security number.
