Services Offered by ESOH Service Center
The ESOH Service Center oversees operational tasks related to various programs, including PAT, HMIRS (Hazardous Materials Information Resource System), and DOEHRS (Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System). The USAFSAM provides education and training to medical officers in Aerospace and Operational Medicines at two Air Force bases: the 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW) and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).
Occupational and Environmental Health Consultation Services
This department handles health risk exposures and provides consultation services for environmental and occupational health concerns, such as radiations, lasers, hazardous materials, ozone challenges, etc. Consultation services are offered via telephone, on-site visits, concerts, events, meetings, and in accordance with DoD and USAF policies.
Occupational and Environmental Technical Operations
The ESOH Service Center provides technical support through the Occupational and Environmental Technical Operation (OET) to manage all aerospace operations.
