The Ibew Local 18 Benefit Service Center provides administrative and fund management services to 18 benefit funds associated with nine IBEW Local Unions and three NECA Chapter Offices, catering to over 10,000 participants. Secure access to fringe benefit account information is facilitated through the online Service Center. The Benefit Service Center (BSC) offers assistance for medical and dental programs operated by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Various services for benefit holders are provided by the service center, as listed below:

• Processing of new enrollment applications for insurance plans
• Administration of COBRA benefits
• Monthly financial reconciliations for each of the plans
• Maintenance of member eligibility for insurance plans
