Hi, my electric kettle model KT18BW is not boiling even though the power indicator light is on. Have been using La Gourmet products especially pot and pan. Quite disappointed with this electric kettle compared to other brands which typically lasted 3-5 years. The warranty has expired in Jan 2024, what''s my option as it still look brand new.

Hi, I bought my La gourmet electric kettle on 28 July 2023 (model number KT18BW) On many occasions, I am unable to boil water. The kettle can only boil at certain position.
