The warranty periods are 24 months for phones, 12 months for batteries, chargers, and USB cables (inbox accessories), 12 months for Bluetooth headsets, and 6 months for power banks. Within the realm of warranty services, all replacement parts and accessories provided are brand new.
In the event of faulty paid repair parts, customers will receive a new warranty period of 6 months for PCB, LCD, and battery replacements, and 3 months for other parts. It is important to note that paid services are available even for products that have exceeded the stipulated warranty period.
