Warranty Policy And Registration: Realme offers warranty covered maintenance service (parts and service cost) to a wide range of Realme products sold in Singapore. The warranty period is 24 months on phones, 12 months on battery, 12 months on Charger and USB cable (inbox accessories), 12 months on bluetooth headset, and 6 months on power - bank. In warranty services, all replacement parts and accessories are new. In case of faulty paid repair parts, a new 6 months (PCB, LCD & BATTERY) and 3 months (Other parts) warranty will be provided to customers. Please note that paid services are also available on products which have exceeded their warranty limit.
