Equipped to handle bicycle suspension forks, shocks, and dropper posts, the service centers provide comprehensive servicing to customers. Authorized service centers also deliver warranty support services.
Suspension and Maintenance Services
All necessary bike maintenance and suspension services are provided at the service centers. The recommended maintenance services include:
Complete visual inspection for wear
Recording original damper and air pressure or spring weight settings
- Inspecting and cleaning each component
- Setting internal floating piston (IFP) depth
- Bleeding shock damper and setting IFP pressure
- Testing shock damper and final cleaning
- Air shocks receiving an air can service and reset to customer’s original air pressure
- Shock re-assembled and tested on the dyno
- Applying baseline settings upon request
- Completing visual inspection for wear
- Recording original remote setting
