Programs have been devised by the service center, encompassing rental assistance, energy programs, and the like. The following are the principal services offered by the service center:
Multifamily Preservation and Revitalization (MPR)
This program is designed for low-income residents. Housing loans are granted to eligible applicants for existing rural rental housing and Off-farm labor housing under this program.
Community Welfare Program
Services such as healthcare, education, public safety, and public services are offered by the department service center. The community welfare services also encompass fire and rescue stations, village and town halls, healthcare clinics, hospitals, and adult and child care centers.
Electric Programs:
These programs are intended to provide loans for electric distribution, transmission, and generation facilities. Assistance is also extended to enhance electric service in rural areas.
Telecom Program
Loans and financial assistance are provided by the USDA Rural Development department to establish the broadband network in rural areas.
