Dear Sir/Madam. I have purchasedd Hp 255 G6 notebook PC 1WY10EA/Win-10 date on 23 Mar 2018 in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. But after 90 days its start getting problem in my laptop. Whenever I switch on the laptop it will showing POWER ON NO DISPLAY ISSUE three BLINKS CAPS LOCK. Then I gave to hp service center in Mumbai India. They told me this laptop is purchased from out of country and in India part is not available. So where you buy a laptop contact them or contact hp service center in Riyadh Saudi Arabia they will be replace it. Now I am in India I cant come to Saudi Arabia so that I will message you. I have 1yr warranty in my laptop so please in this situation its getting very difficult to trust hp. Please help me in this regards. Regards ArthiSarin +918270059051 India.

I am Thomas. I have a problem with my laptop which I bought at Extra Stores way back Sept. 18, 2014. At first the updated software and drivers won't installed because of some error pop-up which I do not know now my laptop is having a problem when you open it because the blue screen appeared and always restart on his own now I can not use it anymore. I came to Al-Tawuniya Tower for Hp center, but there is none. Kindly tell me where the Authorized service center is located near Olaya. By the way my unit is HP ENVY 15-k00nx. I hope it is still covered by the one year warranty. Your help is highly appreciated.

I have a HP photosmart premium c309h and operating with Macbook pro running osx yosemite 10. 10. 1. I HAVE down-loaded all of the necessary drivers for this HP. I will not print any color. I have replaced all of ink cartridge, still color is not printing.

I recently brought my Pavilion G laptop in to has a cooling fan replaced. but when I got it back it wouldn't power on, That should not have happened from a fan replacement. I will return it, immediately for full repair.
