Modesto Power Services

Modesto Power Service Center is an authorized service department of MID (Modesto Irrigation District) that delivers water and electricity across the state of California. The service center is established for the repair and maintenance of power outages and other concerned issues. The services and facilities offered by the Modesto Power Outage Service Center include:

• Residential Electric Services: The service center manages home electric services including outages, street line downs and storms. The service center provides general support to the consumers regarding the shut downs, breakdown, digging and other utility related inquiries.
• Business Electric Services: The service department also delivers electric utility to the commercial units operating in California. The service center provides online and counter support to the business units regarding the Public Safety Power Shutoffs, outages, weather updates, maintenance and other services.
• Billing & Payments: Modesto Power Outage Service Center is responsible for distributing and collection of bills. The service department accepts bill payments from the residential and commercial consumers through online, mail and via telephone.
