Dear I brought a Mistral MAC1600R cooler fan few days ago. I add water and with cool function on. But it work like a normal fan not cooler fan, no cool at all. Please advise. The manual provide is very simple. How can I have a more detail operating manual to learn. My contact is 81189832. Mr Chua.

Hi, I bought Mistral Induction Cooker Model MIC2001 last month From Gain city, expo, But when i tested, On power, press Function, than directly go to HOTPOT function and heat directly 2000W and pot also Burn, i remove quickly remove than totally no burn, According to induction cooker instruction mention, But Induction cooker is not same function, Above Induction cooker MIC2001 mention is user can select first right.

He said it's Factory setting, But i read instruction is different, Instruction paper mention and induction cooker function different Above Induction cooker MIC2001 mention is user can select first right?

My Natural H power Blender (DC-2L) motor was fused and smell burnt while in operation. I would like to send in for repair. It was bought in 2011. Hardly used. Understand replacement for motor is five year.

I have one of your ice making machines model number micms10 which the bucket which connects to the motor and fills with water has cracked because it has not been made from strong enough plastic where the motor goes in could you please tell me how much it will cost for you to supply and send me a replacement one or maybe you could send me one for free as this unit cost a lot of money and i feel this part should have been made stronger please help as i would like my ice machine back in action very soon.
