We've been contacting your service center since morning, but unfortunately nobody is picking up the phone. We try to call another number which eureka showroom gave to us, but he just take our contact number and just hang the phone without telling us or asking as what we need. Our tefal steamer is not working properly we bring it to the showroom where we bought that item, but manager said we should bring it or call the service center. We are trying to call to know the location, but even that they cannot give any information? what kind of customer service is that? i hope we can get answer or call as soon as possible. Dear sir, My blender model BL520 ref-BL520 160 4G0-2011R has been broken.(glass) I am looking for this glass only because the motor (base) are still in good condition. Please let me know where i can find and get the glass because i really much admire the tefal product. I will try the other brands but it takes only a month to use. Hoping to your swift reply.
