Hennepin County Minnesota Service Center

The county service center is a government run office dedicated to help citizens related to various public facilities. The service center acts as one stop destination for availing various government services and programs. The dedicated center enable citizens to access numerous services like:

• All-terrain vehicle (ATV) registration
• Auctioneer license and Boat or watercraft registration
• Cross-country ski pass and Death certificates or records
• Disability parking certificate, Driver's licenses and instruction permits
• Estate sales conductor, Gambling permit, Hunting and fishing license
• License plates, License tabs, Liquor license and Marriage licenses
• Marriage certificates or records and Marriage officiant credential filing
• Minnesota state ID's, Notary services and Precious metal dealer license
• Property tax payments - current year property tax only
• Snowmobile registration and Transient merchant license
• Vehicle registration or title, Vehicle tabs, Vehicle titles or plates

Birth Certificate and Appointment

Birth Certificate Service

Hennepin County service center offer registration of birth and provides birth certificates to citizens. The service center accept applications online and in person at the designated service locations. Citizens can apply for Birth Certificates and the center process the same within 2 to 3 weeks of time. The service provider also offers all needed information about the eligibility, application, document requirement and other formalities.

Make Appointment

The county service center enable citizens to make appointment in advance for availing services. One appointment is granted for one service at one time. Citizens can make appointments up to 90 days in advance. Citizens can Schedule Appointment at the preferred office location and avail services.
